ROTIM reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. By commissioning me, please be sure to go through these Terms of Service – consider this a legally binding contract which includes additional terms outlined and agreed to by both parties in writing (this includes communication via email, direct messages, or text).
You or a Parent / Guardian must be 18 years of age or older to agree to these Terms of Service.
Deadlines are typically taken on a case-by-case basis and are typically not guaranteed. You are welcome to communicate with me if you are looking for any sort of deadline, I am flexible. In the case of requesting an expedited service, I may charge an additional fee.
For the project to move efficiently as possible, it is in the client’s best interest to respond promptly to any requests for revisions, updates, and/or information.
Any changes to a project should be communicated with me so that you may receive the best outcome as possible. However, in fairness to other clients that I may have in queue, I can only allow a maximum of 3 revisions.
Any additional revisions may prolong and potentially delay your project; I may charge an additional fee for any revisions beyond the 3 stated above.
Should the project be not in your liking because of an error or defect, has been damaged in transit, or missing a part, please contact me. I am more than happy to do a one-time replacement at no cost. Requests for additional replacements will incur a fee plus shipping.
I understand that you may have changed your mind about a commission, and you are more than welcome to contact me. In the case that I have not started your project yet, you are entitled to a full refund. However, if in the stage where I have already started the process, I can only issue a partial refund.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commissions and issue a refund if I feel that a client is uncooperative, inappropriate, threatening, or unable to contact the client for more than 30 days while the commission is in progress.
